Absolutely. In fact, we really want you to. We know how difficult buying can be sometimes. We also know that you may not want to read through all this to get an answer. And, guess what? We really want feedback and suggestions from you. That's how we will continue to make top quality products that fit your lifestyle. Can I order via telephone?
Yes, we are available to take your order by phone between 9am and 6pm CST. After that time please leave a message and we will call you back at your convenience. Call us at 1-800-515-NOLA (6652) and we will do our best to help you.
How can I check the status of an order?
Prior to shipping you can check on an order by e-mailing us at sales@studionola.com. Once your order has been shipped you will be provided a tracking number and will be able to track your order online.
Will I receive an order confirmation via e-mail?
Yes, you will receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been placed an another e-mail confirming that when your order has been shipped.
Do you offer wholesale or volume discounts?
Yes we do. If you would like to furnish your office with our designs or want to feature them in your store, we will work with you to make that happen. Please contact sales@studionola.com or call us at 1-800-515-NOLA (6652).
Are you products environmentally safe?
Yes. We do everything we can to ensure that low and non-voc finishes are used and none of our products contain formaldehyde (most mdf and fiberboard does). In addition, we ask our vendors to ensure all of the woods that we use are harvested in an environmentally sustainable manner.
What is your return and cancelation policy? Is your furniture guaranteed?
We want you to be happy with our products. If there is any manufacturing defect, please call us and we will fix the problem. If you are not satisfied with the product for other reasons, please call us and let us know why. While we can't promise to take all returns, your satisfaction is very important to us and we will work with you to make you happy.
Order Cancellation Policy:
Prior to shipping of any standard product, you may cancel with no cancellation fee. For special or custom orders cancellations will not be allowed once production has started.
Do you ship overseas?
Currently, we do not. But this can change at anytime, so if you have a request, please call us at 1-800-515-NOLA (6652) or e-mail us at info@studionola.com and we will see what we can do.
Does your furniture arrive pre-assembled?
All our furniture frames and hardwoods arrive pre-assembled. Pieces with wheels will require that the wheels be attached.
Do you have a showroom?
No, we currently do not have a showroom, but are working on having one available soon. &nbps;We will keep you posted.
Why do you use hardwoods?
At studioNola our core objective is to create sustainable furniture. Sustainability means that the furniture has to last. We design our pieces to be timeless and as such use materials that will last lifetimes. Other materials like MDF or Fiberboard are not designed to last a more than five years let alone a lifetime.
